Description

- 6 Pages need coding from supplied design (psd files will be sent - please see attached jpeg for an idea of page layout)
- Needs to use CSS for layout and styling
- Must not use tables for main layout (happy if they are used for contact form etc)
- Must be valid CSS and XHTML

Extra Notes
- The homepage (attached) has a news ticker along the bottom - this can be flash or JavaScript etc - but must look fairly similar
- Aldo on the homepage is today's date and time which needs to show current time.

Page should open and be editable in Dreamweaver - so no PHP templates.

We really want to build a lasting relationship with the winning bidder, and will have another website for them in 2 weeks time.

By bidding and accepting this project you are agreeing to the following terms.

1) You expressly agree to ensure that any design for which payment has been made to you by us is subsequently not used on behalf of any other client or agency without our permission.

2) All files created by you on our behalf for this project shall be considered our property. Under no circumstances will you use any of this artwork for any other client at any time.

3) This is a white-label project - as such you are not permitted to list our client as your own on websites or as portfolio artwork without our express written consent.

4) You agree to the usage of all submitted material in any future application for illustrative purposes or as examples of previous work.

5) At the end of the project, and subject to receiving final payment from us file / artwork copyright will automatically transfer to our company.
