Description

Only leaving this open for bid for one day as I want to get this done as soon as possible. I have the design already created for the main page and one for all my sub pages. What I need you to do is take the two PSD files and convert them to CSS layouts. They must be table-less, and be 100% W3C Compliant.

I am not looking to spend much more than $30, as this is a rather simple project if you know what you are doing. Because this is such a small project, I am also willing to give someone without any current profile ratings an opportunity to have a quality review.
