Description

This is a high priority simple slicing of a single PNG graphic page into HTML ready for WordPress integration as a theme.

IMPORTANT : the end product must be a ready to use as a theme, such as here: http://themes.wordpress.net/

The design complexity level of the PNG is "simple" - it is is relatively similar to this one:
http://themes.wordpress.net/columns/2-columns/4139/magazine-10/

I will email the winning bidder the graphic PNG file immediately upon selection. I will pay a bonus for finishing it today.

THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THE DECISION MAKING IS THE ABILITY TO DO THIS PROJECT ASAP. I will accept a higher bid if someone can complete the project today. (this is a simple job, it is possible to do it probably in about 3-4 hours for someone that knows WordPress Themes)
