Description

Overview
----------
Convert the following PNG page into a html/css template.


Requirements
------------
Header and Footer “orange and grey strips” should automatically size horizontally to fill browser.

Apart from the OrangeLine logo all text should be text and not images.

Center the whole page in the browser.

Make sure the page behaves the same in Firefox, IE and safari.

Place all styles in a linked css file.

The HTML code must have no errors to W3C standards (http://validator.w3.org), and the CSS must have no errors according to http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/.
