Description

Context:
the current website of the client must be redesigned (http://www.pdconsulting.co.za/). as you can see this website looks very bad and uncomplete. this project will involve the design of a new website that looks better, loads faster and has a fresh image (i need a very creative approach). the requirements of this project is not very specific, so please allow a little bit exstra for later additional requirements (eg exstra banners, custom buttons etc) which will not be of a programming nature.

Approach:
-i will need to concepts first, then i will pick one (the 2 concepts must be given to me in html format so that i can upload it for the client to review
-there after i will request changes to the concept i have chosen, untill the client likes it and we will use this template further
-then the service provider will start with the differnet sections
-after completed all the files must be given to me in html format so that i can upload it for the client to see
-here after i will request changes up untill the client approves it

Payment:
-a 10% escrow payment will be made when and before the project start
-when at 50% complete another 40% escrow will be made, this bring the total up to 50% of total cost
-at project completion the remaining 50% escrow will be made
-after everybody is happy, especially the client then and only then will i release all the escrows.

Reguirements:
-must use css and template
-the logo and current website color schemes must be used
-the content on the current website must be used but updated with the compnay profile info (attached document)
-under the solutions section there must be links to the exsperience or past projects for that solution
-there must be a flash banner at the top (content to be provided)
-past exsperince must be dealt with better, it should not just be one long page (refer to current selected national exsperience section)
-must have a contact form
-must have the ¨design by sibey¨ at the bottom, not Accessible Innovations
-the logo must be fused into the website or template

i need a truelly creative approach to this to make a boring company/website look exciting!!!
