business has 3 offices /locations

business has 7 eye doctors; I will provide bios and photos.

website will utilize tinymce or something similar to allow anyone with credentials to edit pages

basic information about practice/doctors/locations will be provided.

you will turn over completed website

ability to create surveys easily and report data

I would liek to utilize as many animations/images/illustrations from NIH.gov site and others to make site appealing
references material from

illustrations and animation from same site for all topics of the eye

all animations need to be converted to flv/swf
