Description

I would like an ebay-like auction website with emphasis on performance. HTML based a far as possible. No Flash

1) See attached doc for guidelines
2) I want to own the source code after the project with ability to change/update any way I like
3) Should have easy to use admin console
4) I want a document detailing how to use admin console and detailing the features available with help
5) Logo doesn't exist yet, so I want to be able to easily change the logo on the site
6) I would like a mock-up of the frontpage when done and be able to give feedback on how to make it better...at least once
