Description:	I need someone to assist me in setting up my OSCommerce web site. The project would involve template customization, layout, modification of certain modules as may be necessary (particularly shipping, payments, currency, checkout etc.) to conform to my specs. The output should be a well functioning, dynamic e-commerce web site where I could post my products, accept orders and process payments. I am looking for someone who is a newbie-friendly provider. Meaning, he or she has to be patient in explaining to me what I need to know, what I need to get started and provide me tips on how to effectively set up my web site. I would need guidance along the way and I need to be able to communicate with the provider and receive feedback on a timely basis. I would prefer to deal with an individual expert although a team or company would also do for as long as they could assure me that they will provide me with due attention. Once the site is turned over to me, I need to be able to manage and update the site independently. I should be able to edit everything (modify templates, add and update products, modify configuration, etc.) I am also open to turning over management of the site, once it's done, on a commission basis. So you could also indicate your interest and proposal for me to consider as an option later. My budget is really low for this. I tried to learn and start it myself but I just have too much on my plate, I could not allot time for the project. If you have a proposal higher than my budget, or would like to offer an alternative arrangement, I will consider it as well. Pls indicate in your proposal aside from your fees, your expected time frame for the project (preferably not more than 2 weeks), how you would do the project, and what are the things you would need from me for you to start.
