Description: We need a couple of things fixed on our OSCommerce shopping cart.

1. We need to be able to limit the number of options USPS options a customer has during checkout.

2. Paypal does not seem to work for international customers and OSC automatically charges them the highest postage.

3. We're not getting notification when someone pays by Paypal.
