Description

Create and help to integrate a new design to our website:

1 – Design and help to Integrate new skin and logo (Logo will be provided) on an existing (testing phase) web application;

Note: the following item # 2 is a very important point:
2 – I need a sketch/suggestion on how you will make the website look better and professional. I will provide details to help you provide this item;

3 - I need to see reference/work/projects done by you;

4 - The design MUST be unique and I will own it after (websites copies not allowed). I will copyright it;

5 - The Application uses: JS, .NET, CSS, SQL. (Just as reference in this case)

6- The application is composed by 05 pages:

Step 1: Design the WebPages
Pages details: * Please note more details can be provided by PM if necessary.

* Number of Pages: 05

1- Login/Pwd: Just a Login/Pwd and logo, page should have the same "feeling" as the rest of the website.

All pages have a header/main Menu tab. (04 tabs) visible all the time (except for Login/Pwd page).

2 - Page 1 Main Tab one:
Menu bar/List with 13 items
5 Links
6 small Icons
Area with large image dominates this page (I will provide it)

3 - Page 1 Main Tab two:
Admin/Setup Application
1 User List/Setup
2 List Equipments/Setup
3 Employees setup All lists/setup options must have same layout, font colors, etc…
4 Inventory List
5 Computers Setup List
6 Client List/Setup
7 User Preference/Setup

4 Reports

5 Form: basically address form to be filled

Step 2 Apply the new "skin" to our website

After the new design is approved we want to have it added to our website.
I think giving this task to the person that created the new design will take less time

Additional Considerations:


7 - We don't need anything done on the background/programming, but the winner bidder will have to help us (not do it) with the integration of the new design on the current application;

I will be reading, answering and providing more details for all PM's.
