Description: I recently hired a web designer to create a website for me. The site is built and active, but it needs some finishing touches. My problem is that the web designer has vanished on me. He won't return e-mails/phone calls after I paid him.

The website is up and running, and it uses a shopping cart called ZenCart. I've done everything I can in the administration pages, but there are things in the stylesheet that need to be done, in which I cannot access. I am stuck.
