Description:	I currently have a webpage that I'm launching next week with a promotion, and I need someone with some creative flair to create a temporary launch page for it. Page is at www.collegeresourceexchange.com There are three things the design needs to do: 1. I am running a promotion at launch. I need to have something jazzy that announces the promotion. The promotion text is in the middle. I need the promotion text there, but somehow spiced up to be much more prominent. 2. I'd like to have somehow some announcement or buttons or banners or something on the page that screams "This is a new site that is launching. Come check it out!!!" 3. We can't redesign the whole site, so the suggestions need to have generally the same page structure on top (although you can add buttons, etc) But the bottom of the page can be redesigned as necessary. Feel free to send me suggestions. If I like your suggestions, I'll pay you a little money for your suggestions even if I don't choose you. Thanks!
