I need an easy to handle CMS and a chat forum together with an attractive design. However, I will give maximum ideas for the design.

Bid with a rough idea of jpg of a love website layout. It can be a draft sketch that can give me an idea of your creativity and color and picture choice too. Even if I am providing everything from pics to ideas.

In the last, I need a reliable and consistent work in genuine rates. Don't go overboard with your high bids.

If the designer/developer works well on this project, he will be having few more sites on the way on same theme but different niche.
