Description

I need PSD chopped into HTML/CSS template (note that the project consists of adult content)

I got the contract for a re-design of a adult site, and now that I have the design complete I'd like to get a proper expert coder to take the site to compatible, cross-browser, proper and modern CSS/HTML rather than me coding in my old fashioned HTML 4.0 table knowledge :)

I only want someone who has done PSD to HTML/CSS before and know what their doing and knows how to do it very properly. The layout is not very complicated. It's a very simple design. There will 3 different pages I will need made:
1) An intro page: http://www.flynnweb.com/images/intro_01.jpg (Need 100% width, image centered and bottom stripe pattern repeated, then obviously fading to black as the bg)
2)Main page: http://www.flynnweb.com/images/SP_layout_01.jpg (Made 100% width, all of the font with exception to logo needs to be on top instead of as an image.. for example the menu on left will be the type on top of a cell with that grey button as background, so they can add categories in the future just by adding a cell, applying background and typing the title ALSO, the boxes/thumbs need to have a small drop shadow.. I was told this was possible with CSS?)
3)Sub-Video Page: http://www.flynnweb.com/images/SP_layout_02.jpg (Not much different than the main page, literally a few minutes to duplicate the main one and make this page look like this)

From there I will make a few other subpage layouts using those pages you provided. I will give a few more brief details (nothing significant) after selecting as well as giving you access to current site so you can have an idea of how the system works (A developer is implementing, you just need to worry about making the template)

After looking at the image designs and you're not sure how you'd do certain things, please do not bid.. But if you understand exactly how you'd do every aspect of the coding lets see what you got! :)

Please PM me with CSS/HTML coding you've done from PSDs so I know your the man/woman I want!
