Description

Seeking a creative graphic artist with expert web design skills for static HTML web sites.

Will have many sites to create. Will pay $100-$200 per completed web site. Must be very imaginative, creative and talented artistically speaking.

I can buy many online templates to do what I want to do for $60.00 an entire web site. If I wanted that type of look I would not be here looking for an expert.

If you have skills to develop a look and a feel of a web site that will set it apart from the rest of the competition please bid with confidence or else please lets not waste each others time. This is long-term work. We have been around since 2000 on web.

Please provide URL samples of work with explanation of what was done by you.

Also need designer who is familiar with http://www.abledating.net/ dating software.
Must have done CMS/Dynamic themeing before so that not to disturb any existing code.
There are approx 60 files that need themed.
This is different project different pricing. Please let me know if interested in this project?
