Description

I would like a very visually-attractive web site with an oceanic theme.

Website name: Neptune Rules
Subtitle: 10,000 Reasons To Love The Ocean

The web site designer will need to design the logos/images for the above.

This will be a 1 page web site.

I need three columns with the following headings: Boating, Fishing, Beaching. If those headers are images, then I'll need two more images for SCUBA and Travel.

I also need a menu at the top with those same headings: Boating, Fishing, Beaching, SCUBA, and Travel. The menu needs to be clickable, but they don't need to go anywhere right now.

The web page should be centered on the screen so that it works with any screen width.

Don't worry about content - I will add it later to the columns that you create.

This should look very professional.
