Description

We are looking to build a mobile coupon website. Duplicate the functionality of 8coupons.com with some modifications. Please review functionality of 8coupons.com before bidding. Must be a Nice/Clean/Advanced looking site, most importantly user friendly site. You MUST send a PM me with a list of sites/projects you have done to be considered. We will provide a more detailed scope of work after the winning bid has been accepted

Long term partner
If you complete the project successfully, we will be glad to work with you for some other projects we are preparing.

Budget
Budget is between $750 and $1500 MAX.

Do not bid if :
- You cannot meet the deadline, or if you do not have enough experience.
- You never completed a project for a coupon and mobile coupon website.
- You cannot provide your portfolio, work, samples, demos.

We will need you assist us to install the script on our server and make sure it will be functional. The host is siteground.com

Built fo easy modifications
We expect the project to be built in order to be able to easily modify and apply new designs in all pages, functions and profiles.

We need a payment gateway and merchants account set up. Must be able to accept payment from Paypal and major credit cards like VISA, Master Cards, etc.

Code
Code will be clean stable and efficient, commented in English only for easy modification.

Security and Details
Security is a must. No open doors nor vulnerability.
We expect a fully functional project, bug free, error free.
The website will be stable and efficient. (They need to be able to run even with millions of users registered and thousands people using it at the same time

Copyrights
Source code will belong to us. At the completion of the project, you can not resell or redistribute the source files. We are to be sole owner of all code, design and work done on the site.
The coder will sign a non-disclosure agreement at the beginning of the project.

Lightweight websites
Lightweight on the servers is very important due to the potential use of many users at the same time. The website will have to be optimized in order to keep as much as possible the more bandwith in our server.

Admin interface and moderation control panel
- Admin interface and control panel to provide every information that in advertiser account and every information advertiser posted online
- All pictures uploaded by members and must be checked via a moderation interface and if possible, a « pictures mozaique control so that the moderator will valid or delete at a glance many pictures at the same time.
(An automatic moderation robot would be greatly appreciated to support human moderation work to police erotic and pornographic pictures)

Deadline and Payment
We expect a fully effective sites that should be implemented in 30 days. Payment type: Escrow. Will pay 20% of final bided amount up front, (80% of final bided amount (Final payment) will be released when you deliver a project and when it proves that it satisfies our criteria.)

Checkpoints and final demo
We expect to valid with you a series of checkpoints and postings on the web and discuss visual layout and functionality. Communicating together and checking the evolution of the building is very important to keep the work flow smooth.
