Description

I have an 18 page Microsoft publisher file that needs to have navigation added to it and some tweaking and uploaded to website. The navigation needs to have a look and feel similar to the document. I need someone who can take this file or pdf and convert to html so the text, graphics etc. are readable by search engines. Time is of the essence.
