I am running a pay per click campaign, and I want to increase my conversions by having an appealing and Web 2.0 landing page (destination URL) for the pay per click campaign.

I am in need of a creative landing page which fits my current page color scheme. I do not have any design details as I need you to be the creative mind for me. Though, I would like to have a contact form included on the page.

This is a bid for a single page creation. Basically, I need you to create a single page which is very appealing and creative (with graphics and all) -- you can use my site header and footer, but the page itself should be creative and appealing to the human eye. It can use flash, but not required, but it is required that a simple contact form is on the page.

The landing page will be related to Myspace Layouts, it needs to be as glitzy/sexy/eye candy catching as possible!
