Description: Hello, I need a Joomla! template that behaves very similar to the following site...

Homepage to be same structure as the example
On ‘mouseover’ of vertical words, (approx 6 – 8) an image appears and when that image is clicked, a more detailed window opens (see attached word doc)
also:
Flash header
Color scheme yet to be determined.(probably royal blue?)
It should be fixed width (approx 800)
2 x additional mod positions under the 'vertical words' (fully collapsable)
Must be compatible with ALL browsers
CSS xtml & wc3 compliant.

More work may be available to the successful coder.
