What i need is a Index page template + Internal page template + Form

All together 3 pages

Catch is it has to be slick web2.0 colors of black, goldish brown, and a place for pictures.

CSS has to work with php etc.

Skilled web designers should be able to design something simple, fast and powerful willing to go up to 400 dollars
