1) Please change the design of http://www.globalphonecall.com/affiliate/scripts/signup.php to look like http://www.globalphonecall.com/index.php?page=affiliates-Sign-up But fields should be from http://www.globalphonecall.com/affiliate/scripts/signup.php So link on our website from http://www.globalphonecall.com/index.php?page=affiliates-resellers-registration and other pages should go to http://www.globalphonecall.com/affiliate/scripts/signup.php when people click on "Sign Up" button
