Description:	READ IT CAREFULLY TILL END BEFORE SUBMIITING BID. IT IS NOT MAKING A NEW WEBSITE BUT FINISHING A READY MADE WEBSITE Hello. I am in need of a HR/Recruiting site. It will be used for companies to post jobs and for persons to apply to jobs online. The company will also be able to schedule interviews and other administrative tasks through their end. The way it will work is I will set it up for one company and this company will list their jobs and persons will apply online, but their site will only be used for their company to post jobs not any other companies. If another company desires the same thing then I will use my admin panel to set up a similar site for them also and they will have their own recruiting site used for their company only also. The main difference between this and other recruiting sites is that each company has their own domain with their own site tied to it which is used for posting jobs for one company only and then I have my admin panel where I can oversee all of the different sites. The time frame I need this in is less than a month. Please be prepared to show examples of other recruiting sites you have done. Please ask if you do not understand what I want, don't just bid and don't know what you are required to do. Please be available to discuss and do not think you can disappear for days at a time without communication and just because you have 4 or 5 stars doesnt mean I trust you yet. Only expect payment in installments as the work progresses. I can escrow but if I am not happy with your work then you don't get paid. Please leave estimates and not placeholder bids, if you need more info to make a bid then just give a reasonable estimate based on what a recruiting project costs. ****************************************************************************************** Please note, this is a repost of a project I posted before that was paid for, but never completed by the previous company. I have examples, screenshots, videos and descriptions of what the software is supposed to do, but as of now only some of the modules are complete. You are not bidding on building a complete project, but to finish one, so please adjust your bids accordingly. I will escrow ONLY, no prepayments and I will only release funds once pre-determined conditions are met. The previous company has been 8 months now on what was supposed to take 2 weeks and so I have wasted a lot of time. So to avoid this in the future whoever is selected will have a discussion with me before we start and we will set up penalties that both of us agree to if project deadlines and specifications are not met. I am not a difficult person to work with, but I am just fed up with past treatment, as you can see I am very patient in fact because I have been waiting 8 months for something that was supposed to take a few weeks.
