Description

We need a simple hosting directory created where hosting companies can add their sites

Functions the site must have:
1) written for SEO and Mod-rewrite in apache (ie: urls should look like this domain.com/category/subcategory not like this domain.com/index.html?234q243.category)
2) hosting companies must be able to submit their sites through a web interface form. The company should be able to put in their hosting company information and some plans they offer, this should come up as a new page specifically for that host (ie: domain.com/canada/category/hostingcompany.php)
3) admin panel to view submissions, reject or submit submissions and move listings from one category to another
4) multiple categories, create categories, sub categories etc..
5) written in html or php/css, simple design that we can template later or modify easily with plain html.
6) advertisers section (for banners etc)
7) top 10 section of highest rated hosts (we can also modify this section to place our own hosts in there)
8) a voting system to rank hosts (user must put in email address and tracked by IP address or cookie so they cannot vote more then once per host)
9) news letter signup section
10) categories for different countries (default is north america, canada, usa url should look like this domain.com/canada/categorie/subcategorie)
11) written with SEO in mind, H1, H2 tags should be there and keyworded acorrding to the site location, category etc..
12) the submission form should have an option for linkback, paid link or premium link.
13) nice clean interface with side menu and top menu where we can add links (text menu written in CSS, CSS Hover etc..)

14) Site needs to generate its own meta tags (or we can edit them manually through the admin interface). These meta tags are generated via the input the host (the person submitting the site) gives when they submit the site it should ask for keywords, description etc....
