Description: I am looking for the redesign of my web site, hostmypiconline.com . This site is a free image upload and hosting site. I would like to redesign to have the look and feel of megaupload.com that has free registration, allows for a client to keep a single view of all of their pictures and to mark a picture as private, Anonymous, or public. I would like to randon image view still available on the web site and it pull only images marked as public or anonymous. I would like to have a send to friend capability and a comments section for each image where the poster can place a caption and then each viewer can place a comment if they want as well.

I would like the project to work as follows. All of the template and structure complete for the main page and pages created for each linked page, as well as the registration system, file management system and advertising placements. Once complete 50% of the escrow will be released. Upon that we will provide copy and edits required for final assembly of all site.

All images will continue to get their own domain, and this needs to continue so that people can link to the images directly. However, I would like each page to contain adsense coding in an advertising box at the bottom and side of every photo. This would include every existing photo and every one going forward.
