I am looking for a Holiday Letting Website to be developed.

The Website will be a portal for letting worldwide Holiday Homes. An example site www.holiday-rentals.co.uk in terms of functionality and features.

The website will provide a limited number of tools to assist members with managing their letting of their property this will include a range of documents that can be downloaded. I would also like property management software available to users similar to that on www.propertyhawk.co.uk

A member will be able to place an advert about their property and upload up to 5 Photographs. For an additional fee, users will also be able to upload a video of their property. The member should be able to access the site and easily update their advert at any time.

A user looking for a property will be able to search all advertised properties and view the details of those that meet the requirements (this must include links to Map and other associated resort/location information). The user should then be able to contact the member letting the property by sending a private message (which will generate an automatic Email to the member).

You will be required to assist with initial traffic generation and to undertake SEO as part of final payment (targets for final payment to be discussed and agreed).

Full CMS will be required. The site must be easy to use, intuitive and practical and and look very professional.

I have the following requirements (please do not bid unless you meet them):

1)You must have the ability to develop professional looking and fully functional Websites.

2)You must have a feedback rating of more than 10 on Get a Freelancer.

3)You must have proven and checkable experience of developing similar types of Website (as description) – please send examples of your work – Please do not send links/examples of Websites if they are not similar – so I am more interested in real estate /letting type websites you have developed.

4)You must be happy for me to contact at least one person who you have previously undertaken website development for.

5)You must have experience of SEO (Please provide an example of a site that you have optimised which is in a top 10 Goggle Ranking)

6)You will need to deliver on all agreed timescales.

7)You will need to develop the Website to a specification that details requirements but you will also be required to improve and optimise.

8)You must have an excellent command of grammar and be very detail conscious – I do not want to waster my time correcting grammatical mistakes and errors.

9)You must be honest and reliable and deliver on all commitments.
