Description

Hello:

I'm a web designer who has never created a simple, e-mail based form! I created the form but can't get it to work. I just need someone to look at the code and see what the problem is... after the user clicks "submit", the form should redirect them to a new page, but I can't get it to happen.

The site was due over an hour ago so I need this done ASAP!

I will pay $10.00 to the first person capable of making this work. The page and coding are done but something small must be wrong.
