Description:	What happened…. We went to the CES 2007 in Las Vegas and visited almost half of the exhibitors with a good sales pitch on our new product MediaLibrary®. Much to our surprise, over a 150 (big) companies were very interested in it and invited us to show our presentation and to explain a little bit more about it during the show. Nice huh, but of course that was not the time and place to really close a deal, that process normally takes a few more meetings with senior management. So we ended up with a big pile of business cards of interested senior managers and the promise that we will contact them within the next 2-3 weeks. What might go wrong… Here comes my fear…..they will be busy for the next two weeks….or even worse they have kind of forgotten about us. and we might never get them on the phone again. What is my plan… This week we will send (the first) nicely designed email with: - Picture of our sales guy - Picture of the new Kingston 1 GB USB stick we gave away - Picture of the product - Summary of our product features - Friendly text to thank them for their time and interest and that we are happy that we agreed that we would discuss opportunities a bit further on the phone within the next 2 weeks and that we will call them soon. - In line with our house style Next week we will send the second e-mail, also nicely designed - Nice pictures again, similar to the above - Link to web presentation - Link to on-line commercial clip - Summary of product features - Friendly text to announce when exactly we will call - In line with our house style In 2 weeks we will start calling them. What exactly do I need…. 1.) Creative concept of these 2 e-mails including English text 2.) Graphical design of the 2 e-mailings 3.) HTML design of these 2 e-mailings When do I need it… Early next week, the sooner the better of course.
