Description

We need a code modification to a formtomail webpage (very simple, it contains 7 fields), to avoid receiving forms with errors.
In particular we need realtime checks before clicking on "send form":

Ensuring that all fields are not empty.

Phone numbers checks (pattern based check, i.e. no all zeroes, no dashes or slashes etc)

Email address check (xxxxxxx dot xx or xxxxxx dot xxx)

Ensuring that a proper item has been selected from the option list.

Realtime error messages must be in a dialog box, after clicking tab or mouse selection for next field.

You will deliver a first release in English, then we'll send to You a list of corresponding english>italian words to be changed.

I can do it both ways - using java script and PHP - this way the users that have their java script disabled will not avoid the check. I will also stay online for any further changes you need to be done in this particular form.
