Description

I need someone to create 1 HTML page that will be used by our software as the start page. Might require some graphics design. I do have a java script that has to be on the page and included on the onclick events. Look at the attached file for a sample of such a page, we need something that has the same idea but it is original and integrates with the look of our application. You can see the look of our application on the cccrm.jpg attachement. The html page you design will display on the grey area where the login information is after the user logs into the app.
