Description

We need tableless html/css with the following specifications:

Hand coding pixel-precise PSD conversion to W3C Valid CSS / HTML (please no auto coding software!!)
XHTML 1.0 Transitional
Cross Browser (Safari 3+, FF 2+, IE 6+, Opera 9+ )
We need you to use the sprites technique (images strategically combined into a single image file to reduce HTTP transactions) as it is for
example in www.psdthemes.com
Roll over also should be in a single image and have to be done with css (see how this is done in www.psdthemes.com)
We need that images load is optimized to the maximum. That means for example using narrow slices for backgrounds, re use imagery when's possible.
The code must be correctly commented so it is easy for the developer to make his code work.
We need that the html/css looks almost the same as the psd.
