Description

I have html and CSS files that I need made into a Wordpress theme...I know this is a fairly easy project I just do not have the time to do myself...would like the person to complete the project and upload to me server so that it is ready to go.......need very quick turnaround!

ETA: I am relisting this project, the prior winner was not able to do what needed to be done. To clarify the project, ALL of the pages included in the link above need to be converted to the wordpress theme, including the home page, portfolio page and blog...NOT just the blog!
