Description

This job requires HTML and design skills.

I supply you with jpgs of the site, you take the design and turn it into an html template.

Whats required:
1. Use CSS on as much of the design as possible
2. If at all possible, do not use tables, use Div tags
3. Keep the code in XHTML 1.0 Strict
4. Very important - Match the spacing, padding, to the pixel of the design! Not doing so will result in going back and forth several times until you get it right
5. Must work in Firefox, IE6 and IE7 - some minor differences between browser is acceptable.
6. HTML code must be as lightweight as possible.
7. All non-cursive fonts must be text on this site - don't take the easy road and cut out all the titles as images!
8. Make good use of h1, h2, h3 tags
9. All links should be text links!
10. Note the top navigation:
a. should be done in css
b. preferrable a list item hover
c. If not possible, then image map will be fine as well.
