Hello,

I have a website that I had made for me so that we can share our family photos and videos. I have had 2 different developers work on it but have come to a standstill. While the site is done, there are still some problems associated with the site that I would like fixed. Also, I would like your input as to what you could do to make it flow nicely and look pleasing to the eye. I like the way google picassa looks and flows as a template. I would love for my site to resemble this. My website is www.mehtalens.com I will give access to the backend page after an agreement has been reached.

The problems thus far are:

1. I would like to click on a picture and have it open the pics in a new window? right now when you look at pics, if they are big you have to scroll up and down the page to see the whole thing. People are compaining that is annoying. It should open COMPLETELY in a new window fit to size, so that you dont have to scroll up and down or side to side.

2. On the backend, I dont have the ability to delete multiple pictures at a time. I dont want to click a picture delete and wait for it to refresh each time.

3. Organize the order of pictures in a folder very quickly. RIght now I can only move a picture side to side. So if I want to move the last picture to the top, it takes a VERY LONG time. I would like for it to be a drag and drop with multiple thumbnails on the screen and you just drop the pic where you want it.

4. Organize the order of folders on the homepage. Both under COLLECTIONS and VIDEOS. Right now there is no way to change what order the folders are shown in. I would also like this to be a drag and drop format.

5. Fix a spam issue. Right now there is SO MUCH SPAM for each picture. I would like to get rid of it for good? Here is one example: http://mehtalens.com/photo-comments.php?pgalid=28&pgal=&pid=163&cpgal=Kanaya

6. Increase the size of the video as it is too small. If you click on a video, it opens, but I would like for it to be slightly larger.

7. Change the flow/transition on the slideshow. It is too basic looking right now. I would like it to be nicer, more appealing to the eye. It should have controls to speed up and slow down the slideshow. Please see a picassa photo album for this.

8. Add the ability to add captions easily for each picture in the photo gallery(called collections). Please see picasa for this as well.

9. There will certainly be some issues that come up along the way that we will need to work on as well

I NEED SAMPLE WORK FOR SIMILAR PHOTO/VIDEO WORK YOU HAVE DONE. Also since I have had a few developers/programmers already, payment will be half on completion and half on delivery. I will need to test the site prior to final payment.
