Description: We currently have a Group Blog at www.careerhubblog.com.

I am considering redesigning the blog so that it works like www.huffingtonpost.com, where the post author has a photo and Bio attached to each post and where readers can search posts by author etc. Another example is at http://www.mpdailyfix.com/.

Note: I'm not looking for a full news site, or even a compolete blog redesign. The key to the redesign is to make the post authors much more visible when they post.

The blog is currently in Typepad - if we have to move to accomplish this, we would only consider Wordpress.
