2) Make Company name under pic same size/front as slogans and reduce green background height and therefore two rectangles left and right of top center.
Plus:
eliminate extra space in bottom of each top left two rectangles with "Main Links" and "Free Consultation...." and move the pic in that column up with larger space at bottom and when I see size, I'll give you something you ad for greentv and
On right side, to give good mix and match, move box on website down and I'll get you an adv for same sized box now .

I need all the spacing issues fixed.

If you can fix this it will lead to many more jobs for you...
