Description

I need someone to enable my web form to allow users to upload files. Frontpage was used to create the form, but I am unable to get the upload feature to work. It is my understanding that this is a common problem.

This should be a quick fix. I want to get this done ASAP. The forms in question are located at http://www.mooretrademarks.com/copyrightorderform.html

and

Right now I am asking potential customers to submit files be email separately.
