Description

1) Professional will re-design existing web home page (www.br-ent.com) with an enhanced / more appealing background as well as a more appealing presentation of existing content.
2) Revised Page can be html or php format.
3) Professional will develop a flash of existing Bill Roberts logo as a header as follows:
a. “Bill” will rise directly up from bottom.
b. “R berts” will descend from top.
c. The “t” cross (that looks like an airplane) will then enter from left side of header and travel to a stationary position completing the letter “t” in “R berts.”
d. The “o” in Roberts is an iris (camera iris) and will drop into its place in the word “R berts.”. It will start out large and gradually grow smaller as it takes its position as the second letter in the word “Roberts.”
e. The background for the header will be clouds moving from left to right, similar to those shown on the website, www.katmai-260se.com but will be more clearly defined without being harsh or distracting.
f. Professional will develop at least 3 concepts of the format of the web page for approval/acceptance by the Project Manager.
