Description: Hello,
I need a good and efficient website programmer.
The site design is already done by me and I need someone to create
the html site.

I will provide you the psd file as a basis for the construction and all the
pictures and text ready to insert.

The site will be in HTML, see attachement for the design and structure.

Site Features:
> 8 main pages with max 8 sub-pages
> Randomly choosed Picture (from a pool of 6 pictures) on the homepage
> Auto-Scrolltext box in the Homepage with interface for easy updating
> Contact form on the Contact-Page with auto-email
> simple Picture Gallery on the Project-page

Requirements:
You have to work on a bugdet of 50 U$
Reachable through skype
Good english skills
Quick worker, no delays
I need references of similar projects
