Description: This project entails upgrading my website www.envisionwebllc.com. Here's how I want it to work......I want to be able to post a potential web design project to my site that is accessible by select web designers who will be able to login and view the posting. At the time of the posting I want the option to create a unique customer login password.

I want an email to go out to these selected webdesigners every time a project is posted.

The web designers who are able to login, will be able to upload design concepts for a posting to my site and the cost to do the job. When I have postings by web designers available for a project I will give the customer the login password I created previously when I first posted the project, so that they can log on and view the samples, but not the price! As administrator I will also be able to log in and view the samples, but also see the required price to do the work. I should also be able to delete samples and close a project.

Attached is the current home page for the website. We will have to add a customer login, a provider login, and an adminstrator login. to the home page.

The webpage was created with dreamweaver and is hosted on a server provided by www.ixwebhosting.com. I will provide access to my webserver so that the winner of this project can get the website setup and running for me.

The provider that can do a good job on this site overhaul and get it up and running on my server will most likely be offer the opportunity to manage my server and have login access to bid on the projects I get here in Michigan, USA.
