Description

I want to create a site that is a clone of njhouseandhome.com. This will be for the county that i live in and i want this site to have the same look and setup except that instead of choosing a county in step 3 they will just hit the button for get results since i am targeting one county. It will be named HamiltonCountyHouseandHome.com or something similar.

I want to have 3 types of listings. "Organic" will be free and will give just the name and phone number of the business. "Standard" which will include the name, address, phone, and website for a fee, and the "Premium" listing will include everything from "Standard" plus also have a map link, photos, and a blurb about the business for a higher yearly rate.

I want the site to have an easy to use admin panel where i can add in the listings as i get contracts with businesses. Also on the results pages, I want to use the sides with banners as it does in the original.

If you are going to bid on this project, please send examples of current work you have done with cloning and show the originals you were cloning too please. I am looking to start this project within the next 2-3 weeks and want to find someone who is easy to talk with and can understand my vision for this project. Please submit a mock-up if you don't mind as well so i can evaluate your skills. Thanks.
