Description: Project is very simple. We will provide a PSD and content. We need an XHTML coder to covert the PSD design to 5 XHTML pages, which will be identical other than mouse over properties of menu. Here is the outline:

1) Create menu with mouse overs as specified.
2) Create 5 XHTML pages using CSS, insert content we supply, and ensure mouse states match pages.
3) Pages must look identical (or very close) in all major browsers (IE, FF, Mozilla)
