I have a limited budget.

I need a website designed. It will be membership based. Joomla can be used as CMS so there is less work. Website will have 3 main functions and is only for those that have the ability to do advanced scripting. It is a personal training website with monthly billing capability and auto email response as well as zip code searching. Needs to be able to store personal trainer pics/resumes/bios ect and look very fresh/sharp/modern/credible! Also, logo design. Homepage design should be similar but better than www.personaltrainerfinder.com
