Description:	I have downloaded wordpress to my own custom domain.. Now I want my blog to have a custom designed look. I am very specific with how I want it: - I want a header with picture of me with ornaments around. - I want the blog background to be white and the other colors to be pink and maybe gray. - I need to have place for advertising banners. - I need to be able to have Google Adsense between some posts. - I want a single line of Google Adsense ads at the top under the header. - I want ornaments (details) under each post. - To show the dates I want a handbag with the date on it (i have a pic of it) - I want to have a space for links to advertisers (i have a pic of it This will be a fashion blog so have that in mind. I have a pic of everything to illustrate how I want it. I have some ideas from different free wordpress themes and I think they will look good put together. I dont know how to integrated Google Adsense and other ads so I need help with putting my codes in, and an explanation on how I can change it by myself. Basically I need someone to make me the template, upload everything to my blog, and tell me how to add google adsense and other ads. I also need Google Analytics. I guess this is an easy job for someone who is familiar with Wordpress. I need someone who speaks proper English, or any of the Scandinavian languages so that we dont get any misunderstanding. It is also important that you communicate with me so that we can get the project done as quickly as possible. Those who can provide me with mockups/Screenshots right away will be chosen.
