Description: This project is a small pre-cursor to others as we are looking to form a long term partnership with talented and highly professional individuals (or teams) who will be interested in supporting us in the future.

We are used to working with remote workers, we have been in this industry for 10+ years, we are professional and have extremely high standards. We were writing table free HTML layouts back in 2000, so we have high expectations for the finished results. Please do not reply unless you are confident that you can meet our expectations and deliver as per the specification below.

The requirement is to take a multi layered, Photoshop CS design and cut this up into highly optimised gif or png files. The Photoshop files will be provided. These optimised files should be used to create three templates. One for the home page, the second showing a content page with sub navigation and the final showing how tabular data will be marked up. The finished templates must be largely table-less CSS/XHTML and search engine friendly and should work in IE6/7 and Firefox for Windows and Firefox and Safari on the Mac platform. There should be a print CSS layout.

Hand coding of the mark-up is essential as any automatically generated code will not be accepted. No JavaScript should be used. The finished templates should validate using http://validator.w3.org/ to XHTML 1.0 Strict and should also comply with w3c WAI Priority 3. We will expect to receive full ownership of any original work produced for this project.
