Description

I'm trying to build a Korean language website like Craigslist but only Personals part.
I don't need any fancy pictures or drawings.

Total pages would be 10 or 12 pages with only text.
I don't have any preference of language or DB so as long as it works and easy to maintain, I'm fine with that.

Most important thing is I have to change all the text to Korean language so you have to show me which one I have to change it.
(UTF-8 support) I don't know it's possible or not but give it try.

I have attached my site diagram for your information.
