Description

I want to convert an exisitng web site (www.elec-di.com) from php to html so I can use an editor such as Adobe GoLive. This way I can easily maintain the web site myself. Website should have the same functionality and look and feel EXCEPT for the Report Center using MYSQL Database. This feature will be removed.

The data upload should be maintanined. This feature asks client for basic info and to select a file on their computer. The basic form data is then saved to a file and this file and the user selected file is zipped and ftp'd directly to the web site or a remote FTP site. (We can discuss locations). Also, an email is sent to me notifying me that an upload has ocurred. There must be a progress bar providing feedback to user as to status and estimated time left.
