Description:	Im ay have a few of these in multiple projects or on other freelance sites, they are not duplicates but other jobs. This is really simple stuff here I do these my self in about 2 -3 hours, this one here is really simple, probably wont take but a few hours at most, so please bid accordingly. Your not building a website but just building one page from a psd. The lowest bid with the most capable person will be chosen. I really am not going to pay a lot given the fact I can do these so quickly. I want to see some of your work, no bs sites I may ask you to put your name somewhere in the source code on one of the sites to prove you did it, that should be really simple for you if you are storing the login info via dreamweaver. You will be given a photoshop psd file with a mockup of the webpage. I then convert your html into a oscommerce store using the sts template system, but don’t worry about that if you don’t know anything about sts, just do a html file of the page I’ll take it from there. Layout must be in in tables with all styling offloaded to a separate css file. No in page styling all styling must be CSS. Must be html 4.0 transitional. Must render the same in FireFox, IE6 and IE7. Anywhere you can use css instead of a image use it, that’s a big thing with me. If I get back some wimpy html with a bunch of big images. I won’t pay cuase it wont be acceptable. You need to keep in mind when making this that it ultimately going to be made in to a complete website. So keep your design centric around that idea and make it easy for me. Like for instance if I have a left menu area that has a patterned background, when the page height scales that background in the menu better to. We are a website design company we have work like this all the time do good work and we’ll have more. If I like you and you do good work I train you how to do our joomla and oscommerce sites and get you more work. Some of my requirements is that I be able to reach you via AIM, MSN or yahoo messenger. That you don’t use Microsoft frontpage ever, you must use dreamweaver. You are not a outsourceing firm. Ie the person bidding here is the person doing the work. No second or third parties. You work fast and deliver something when you say. You must speak English very well, sorry I don’t care to work with people who cant speak English good.
