Description: I want to incorporate a "Contact Us" form into an existing Contact Us webpage. The form should include fields for name, email address, phone number, subject, message, how did you hear about us, etc.

The form should include validation of required fields, email address, and phone number.

In addition, I want to add a "Subscribe To Our Newsletter" form that includes name and email address along with validation.

Both forms will be submitted by email.
