Description: Need a site replicated to look like this one.

I have all the images and color scheme in mind to show you.

I need the html and css done for the site. basic template for table looks, header looks are needed. I should be able to swap out the main images as well. also, i want the psd when it's done.

I will do all the coding for implementation.
